Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or purchasing products from Tech Depot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Orders and Purchases

  • All orders are subject to product availability and credit verification
  • Prices are subject to change without notice until order confirmation
  • Minimum order quantities may apply for wholesale pricing
  • Purchase orders constitute binding agreements once accepted
  • Payment terms are Net 30 for approved business accounts
  • Credit applications may be required for new customers

Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates
  • Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon delivery to carrier
  • Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional shipping fees
  • Freight terms are EXW (Ex Works) unless otherwise specified
  • We are not liable for carrier delays or force majeure events
  • Special handling or expedited shipping incurs additional fees

Returns and Warranty

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery with RMA authorization
  • Products must be in original packaging and resalable condition
  • Restocking fees of up to 15% may apply for non-defective returns
  • Manufacturer warranties pass through to end customers
  • Extended warranty programs available for select products
  • DOA (Dead on Arrival) replacements processed within 48 hours

Liability Limitations

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of products
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • No liability for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption
  • Product specifications subject to manufacturer changes
  • We do not guarantee compatibility with third-party systems
  • Force majeure events excuse performance obligations

Prohibited Uses

  • Resale to embargoed countries or sanctioned entities
  • Use in violation of export control regulations
  • Fraudulent orders or misrepresentation of business status
  • Interference with our systems or security measures
  • Unauthorized use of our trademarks or intellectual property
  • Any use that violates applicable laws or regulations

Enforcement & Account Actions

  • We may refuse, cancel, hold, or refund any order at our sole discretion, including orders we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent, in violation of these Terms, or in breach of applicable law
  • We may suspend, disable, or terminate any account engaged in prohibited conduct, fraud, chargeback abuse, or repeated violations of these Terms, with or without prior notice
  • We may retain related transaction, account, IP address, device, and shipping information after refund, cancellation, or account closure for the purposes of fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, and compliance with our legal obligations
  • We may share relevant fraud and abuse signals with payment processors, shipping carriers, financial institutions, and law enforcement where permitted or required by law
  • Refusal of service, cancellation, or account suspension does not constitute a waiver of any other rights or remedies available to us
  • Decisions regarding fraud, abuse, and account actions are made at our sole discretion and may be appealed by contacting our support team

Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration
  • Arbitration conducted under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules
  • Venue for arbitration is San Francisco, California
  • Governing law is the State of California, USA
  • Class action waiver applies to all claims
  • Prevailing party entitled to reasonable attorneys' fees
