We stand behind every product we sell. Returns are accepted for defective or non-functional items only.

Our Policy

Tech Depot is committed to selling quality products. We accept returns only when a product is defective, non-functional, or significantly not as described at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for products that are in working condition as sold.

Eligible Returns

  • Products that are Dead on Arrival (DOA) or non-functional upon receipt
  • Items with a hardware defect present at the time of purchase
  • Products that are significantly not as described in the listing
  • Items damaged during manufacturing (not carrier or customer damage)
  • All defects must be reported within 7 days of confirmed delivery

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products in full working condition — we do not accept change-of-mind returns
  • Items damaged by the customer after delivery
  • Products showing signs of physical damage not present at time of purchase
  • Devices that have been tampered with, modified, or repaired externally
  • Items returned without prior authorization from our team
  • Products past the 7-day defect reporting window

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our team within 7 days of delivery at hello@techdepot.co
  • Provide your order number, a description of the defect, and photo or video evidence
  • Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if approved
  • Ship the item back using the carrier and address provided in the RMA
  • Returns sent without an RMA authorization will not be accepted

Resolution

  • Approved returns will be replaced with the same or equivalent product, subject to availability
  • If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item
  • Tech Depot reserves the right to verify the defect before issuing any replacement or refund
  • Shipping costs for approved defective returns are covered by Tech Depot
