How We Grade
We split inventory into four clear buckets: New, Grade A, Grade B, and Grade C. Each device passes through the same multi-point functional and cosmetic inspection before it is bagged with its IMEI or serial and prepared for shipment. The grade tells you what to expect on arrival — no surprises, no guesswork.
Grading Criteria
Each device is data-wiped, sanitized, and individually bubble-bagged with its IMEI or serial, then categorized into one of the grades below.
New
Sealed in original packaging, never used.
You should expect
- Device and accessories 100% brand new and sealed in original manufacturer packaging
- Never activated or used
- Original box in perfect condition
- Full manufacturer warranty applies where available
Grade A
Like new — minimal to no signs of use.
You should expect
- Excellent cosmetic condition with little to no visible wear
- Fully tested and confirmed 100% functional
- Battery health 90% or higher where applicable
- Original or generic packaging with essential accessories
- Data wiped, sanitized, and individually bagged with IMEI or serial
Grade B
Light wear, fully functional.
You should expect
- Light cosmetic wear — minor scratches or marks visible at arm's length
- Fully tested and confirmed 100% functional
- Battery health 85% or higher where applicable
- Generic packaging, may not include all original accessories
- Data wiped, sanitized, and individually bagged with IMEI or serial
Grade C
Visible wear, fully functional.
You should expect
- Heavier cosmetic wear — visible scratches, dings, or scuffs
- Fully tested and confirmed 100% functional
- Battery health 80% or higher where applicable
- Generic packaging, original accessories not guaranteed
- Data wiped, sanitized, and individually bagged with IMEI or serial
